We used Cardinal Pressure Washing’s holiday lighting service to string lights to the top of our 35 ft tall ash tree, and
to light the trunk. Unlike the Dublin company we used last year, Cardinal did an excellent job and the neighbors
came by to get their information because our lights are so beautiful. Casey promptly returned to replace an older
timer with a new digital timer. They used lights that are very “showy” yet energy efficient. I highly recommend
Cardinal Pressure Washing!

Highly recommend! Very communicative and responsive. Did great work, took care in moving plants and other items that I
had forgotten to move prior to the appointment. Provided timely updates. When there was a weird residue under a couple
of windows, they were incredibly responsive and came back out the very next day to remedy the situation. Will use them
again! Prices also very competitive.

We’ve had several companies power wash our house, some independent, some national chains. While all of them
were able to clean the house, none except Cardinal were able to get our gutters clean and bright white. So glad we
found this local company! Did an excellent job, were on time, respectful of our property and very detailed explaining
the process.

Great job, professionals all the way. Informative, prompt and the house looks great. One problem did arise, and the
owner called within minutes after the crew informed him and all was taken care of without skipping a beat. Loved
working with them and I will do it again annually.

Work included pressure washing for our home, vinyl fence, front walk, patio and walk at the rear of the home.
Communications from initial contact, quotation, scheduling, and follow-up were excellent, transparent, and extremely
professional. Job quotes were reasonable, and we highly recommend this local firm in Grove City for future work.

We had Casey and his team come wash our house this spring and they did a phenomenal job! They showed up
right on time, were extremely friendly and professional, and even gave our dog a little love, which helped calm his
nerves about the strangers coming onto his turf! They had our whole two-story house clean and sparkly in only 45
minutes. They even cleaned off our concrete patio and sidewalk! Overall, fantastic job and we’ll definitely be using
them again in the future.

Rarely have I dealt with a more responsive and humble business. Less than 24 hour response on every email, clear
scheduling communication, crews did a nice job on our entire property, and they were fairly priced. I have, and will
continue to, gladly recommend Casey and his company to any and all friends.

They do wonderful work, the gentlemen who performed the service was very responsive, free estimates and
explained everything that will be done. After the service, they asked me to inspect the work and they even worked
on the foundation without any extra charge. The gentleman was friendly, and easy to work with. Their pricing was a
little bit higher, but I still choose them because they just do a really good work.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and promptness of the work performed by Cardinal. They were
communicative, prompt, and professional. If you’re looking for a true professional to help you with power washing as
opposed to all of these people that are pretending to be a legitimate company give Cardinal a call!
