Concrete Sealing
Stave Off Concrete Deterioration
You’ve done it all – or so you thought. You swept your concrete, you cleaned it, and now, you get to sit back and enjoy it. But wait – is that patch of concrete… deteriorating?
Fortunately, concrete sealing is a solution that enables you to get the most out of your concrete surfaces. Done after cleaning, concrete sealing enables you to get the most out of your surfaces, without changing the appearance or texture of your concrete the way a coating would. Concrete sealing is the best way to protect your concrete from damage and save yourself all the money that you’d otherwise spend trying to restore your property.
Protect Your Concrete From The Freeze-Thaw Cycle
Letting water into your concrete can be bad news, and lead to very expensive damages in the future. Water expands up to 9% when it freezes. When the water is inside your concrete, it will push the concrete around leading to cracks – which will absorb more water to form bigger cracks. This process goes on and on until your surfaces are cracked, broken, and chipped.
Fortunately, you can stop the cycle with concrete sealing. Our penetrating sealer protects your concrete from harsh conditions such as:
- Freeze-thaw cycles
- Road salts
- De-icers
- Rainwater
- Anti-freeze
- Lawn fertilizers
- UV rays
- And other common hazards
An unsealed driveway will become a future problem due to cracking, rotting, and deterioration of the concrete. By this point, you’re looking at an extremely expensive tear-out and replacement. Making the investment into concrete sealing is a great way to protect your property and prevent yourself from having to spend more money on repairs or replacement later on.
Save Yourself Money In The Long Run
A small investment in professional cleaning and sealing today can save you thousands in future repair and replacement bills.
After the surface is clean and the concrete pores are exposed, we highly recommend sealing your concrete. This will ensure you get the most life out of your surfaces. Our penetrating sealer is completely invisible, and will not change the appearance or texture of your concrete.
How Do You Know If Your Concrete Surface Is Already Sealed?
Curious to know whether or not your concrete has already been sealed? Since some sealers can be invisible, this is a valid question to have. There’s a quick and easy way to determine whether or not your concrete surface has already been sealed.
Go outside and pour some water on it. If the concrete absorbs the water by darkening up and turning brown, then it is not sealed. Conversely, if the water does not penetrate into the concrete, then this means that there is still a sealer present within the surface.
Residential Services
Your house should feel like a comfortable escape from the rest of the world. But if your siding is green, your concrete grimey, and your deck and fence are showing just how much weather exposure they get, you may not feel as comfortable as you otherwise would. Our residential pressure washing services freshen up the exterior of your property safely and effectively, for results that last.
House washing can revitalize your home’s exterior to its former vibrant colors and cleanliness, all while being gentle on the exterior.
Prevent house fires and ensure your dryer works efficiently with our expert dryer cleaning services.
Regular roof cleaning prevents the damage that could otherwise occur to your roofing system and gives your home’s curb appeal a boost.
Prevent your concrete surfaces from deteriorating with low pressure washing services that remove grime and restore a clean look.
Stave off moisture damage with concrete sealing. With concrete sealing, water simply sits on top of the concrete, rather than soaking it.
Decks and fences can lose their visual appeal and start to break down. Deck cleaning and fence cleaning keeps your property looking and functioning its best for longer.
Our Minimum Requirements For Concrete Sealing
Due to the limited number of spots on our sealing calendar, as well as the extremely high volume of requests for our concrete sealing service, we do have a 1,000 sq ft or $500 minimum for our sealing services, so that would be the cost if you would like those concrete surfaces sealed.
This would add an additional day onto the project, and we would seal the concrete the day after the cleaning. We also do not begin sealing until May, so bear this in mind if you’re wanting to schedule your concrete sealing.
